Flow

This work holds the energy of creative flow.

A flow state describes a feeling where, under the right conditions, you become fully immersed in whatever you are doing.

Personally, flow state is the centerpiece of my daily routine as it is a time where I honor my creativity, excitement and efficiency together at once. When I set the right atmosphere while painting the flow state appears more easily. It forces me to mono-task (doing one thing at a time) instead of multi-task (doing a few things at the same time).
